Careful, planned growth at the HAIG Consumer Group has seen employee numbers increase at their two Lincoln based legal services businesses.
Between them Simpler Law and Fidelis Legal Services will have added 27 new full time employees to their teams, with 14 joining in January, eight throughout February, and five more in March. The new intake strengthens the specialist legal team, adds versatility to administration and marketing, and meets key customer needs with additional advisors both on the phone and face-to-face.
All new employees with the Group complete a training course covering wills, probate, estate planning and trusts. This ensures that all staff have an understanding of customer needs and an insight into the company’s core vision and beliefs.
Ian Peace, Managing Director of Simpler Law, who oversees the training said,
“It is important that everyone understands the significance of the work we do here, no matter their specialty or department. Our customers are making key life choices in a field which can be full of potholes, and sometimes for tragic reasons, and it is important that they receive accurate advice and considerate treatment at all times.”
These 27 will not be the only new employees this year as internal promotions have created further vacancies. Fidelis Legal Services are pleased to announce the promotion of long-standing team member Georgia Townsend to associate manager, with Matt Furnish being promoted to her previous role. Georgia will be instrumental in implementing and streamlining new processes across the company as the business continues to expand. Meanwhile Matt is looking forward to drive his new department forward.
